What is included in such a trip:
1) Transfer airport-hotel-airport – FREE
2) Property observation trip across all coast – FREE
Every day after breakfast our property manager will pick you up from the hotel/apartment in order to see the properties, and after you finish the observation bring you back to the hotel.
The trip will include not just examination of properties, also slow walks to the beach and back, see infrastructure and surroundings and realize if you feel comfortable at the place.
3) Beaches and infrastructure observations – FREE;
4) all types of consulting on the way – FREE.
We have own Management company in the Group structure that will serve your monthly costs payments, take care of your property, rent it profitably without a visit to Montenegro.
